Terms and Conditions

You are buying the item as pictured. Stock is checked on a weekly basis so in the unlikely event that an item you have bought is out of stock and is being discontinued or was one of a kind you will be offered a replacement BEFORE any items are posted or you will receive a refund for the item.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales and will always do our best to keep you informed.  You will be emailed on dispatch of your order and it should take no more than 10 days to arrive but we will be unable to make refund or replacement until 28 days have past from the posting date. The post office will be liable for items damaged in the post. If you have been building up an order in your shopping basket for a while it is possible that although an item is now out f stock-you may still be able to order it as it has been saved in you shopping cart so please check your order before paying.

 Any doll, props or shoes are not included unless specified. All content on this site is the property of Zena's Petite Boutique and is protected by UK and International copyright laws.

Payment and Postage

Secure payment can be made online using PAYPAL secure shopping carts. PAYPAL accepts most major credit cards and is free to register. It will not cost you anything to register and there are no additional costs or fees. Paying by this method will insure you against fraud and non receipt of goods etc. If you live in the UK and wish to pay by another method please email me and I can send you an invoice which must be paid within 5 days.

International buyers must pay by PAYPAL only please. Items take approximately 7 to 14 days to reach the USA and longer for Australia etc so please be patient.

IMPORTANT!!!I will respond to your order within 24 hours of receiving it to let you know it is being dealt with. If you do not get a reply from me please email me as it has been brought to my attention that orders made with pending cheques etc do not come through as an order just a payment transaction so I have to go into Paypal to view the transaction to complete the order.

  If you are also purchasing items from ebay please contact me and I can reduce the postage on you ebay invoice. I cannot amend the postage on website invoices as they are automatically generated by PAYPAL.

Postage is as follows: PLEASE NOTE it is the same for UK and International buyers-there are no hidden costs.

orders up to £20.00 - £2.00 P & P

orders £20.01 to £60.00 - £3.00 P & P

orders £60.01 to £100.00 - £4.00 P & P

orders £100.01 to £250.00- £5.00 P & P

orders over £250.00 have free postage.

Everything is well packaged in tissue or boxes inside bubble envelopes and proof of postage is taken but if you have any problems please contact me.

If you are also purchasing items from my ebay shop please request an invoice via ebay and remind me that you have purchased items from the website and I will reduce your ebay  postage for you.

 

Returns

In the unlikely event that you have to return an item the buyer must pay return postage unless the item has been sent in error, the item is damaged (except where damage is caused by the Post Office) or item has been grossly misrepresented. Refunds will be made via PAYPAL or by credit note. I cannot send cash, postal order or cheque through the post.

Please contact me for information with details of your business or website etc. I offer great trade terms which get better with each order you place. I can send you a link to my wholesale/trade page with details once I have verified that you are a trader.
