Terms

To benefit from trade reductions please email me your business details as proof of trade. This needs to be details of the nature of your business, how long you have been established, VAT Registration NO (If applicable) AND you should be able to supply 2 copies of business ID, Letterhead, Current invoice etc on demand. If you live in an area where there is already a current buyer I may be unable to supply you.

Prices

Our prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and do not include VAT, as we are not registered for VAT. Prices are exclusive of carriage and are subject to change without notice.

Ordering

You may place an order with us by email only. The minimum order amount is £75 (after trade reductions). You must order a minimum of 2 of each item (this will help me with packing time etc-with the exception of OOAK items, where you need only order ONE).
 You can also email me your "wish list" and I will give you a fair quote.
 If an item is already on sale I can only give a maximum of a further 10% off.

Orders will benefit from reductions from 25% on small orders and UP TO 50% on frequent orders (Except Filled One Of A Kind Units and clothing items which will have less reduction-ask for a quote). You will automatically get 50% off kit packs and empty boutique boxes on orders over £100.

When an order is placed, we will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Payment

Payment is on a pro-forma basis (which means we must receive cleared payment before we dispatch your order), by  PayPal, bank transfer, or cheque. If you are paying via bank transfer, the payment currency must match the currency you are invoiced in.

If you have opted to pay by Bank Transfer, our account details will be provided in your invoice.

Returns, Damages, and Cancellations

Delivery shortages, damages or incorrect items must be reported within 3 working days. No returns will be accepted unless we have been notified and have authorised the return of the goods.

Postage

Everything is in stock but if you need large amounts it may take a few days to make enough to fill your order. DUE TO AN INCREASING WORKLOAD PLEASE ALLOW up to 2 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY - IF YOU NEED IT SOONER JUST EMAIL ME AND LET ME KNOW

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail . Orders will be only shipped to your business address unless otherwise arranged. Postage and packing will be more or less enough to cover costs. If you would prefer your item to be sent 2nd class please let me know or I will send it first class.
These prices are negotiable depending on weight and frequency of order etc

If I don't have something but you think I could make it please ask. I am always looking for new ideas. I can also make items exclusively for your website/shop/stall etc as long as you are willing to place a bulk order. I will retain the template and may use it to make similar items but they will never be the exact same as your requested item as long as you continue to sell it. I will make up a test piece and send it first for your approval if necessary. These need not be overly expensive I am creating all the time! I am really easy to talk to so please email me and we can sort something out.


NEW**I have now started selling some items by the "sheet". If you are willing to make up the boxes yourself I can sell many of the designs by the sheet. eg. you will get 13 cream corset boxes on 1 sheet for only £2.50! BUT you must order at least 3 sheets of any one design.
